Basically this was my first EVER engineering project. The reason i started it is because in Latvia we have an obligatory requirement to finish high school-you have to publish a Scientific Research paper. So me and my friend together created it, and at first we were really hyped, but then we realised how little energy we were getting on the other end. We struggled to even light up a small diode. The reason for the fumble was the fact that because of some magnetic stuff inside a DC motor we used, instead of coming back energy reused itself to spin the motor faster. This is a quite known fenomenon, but since we both were unexperienced, we didnt know nothing about it. Still, I count this project as finished one.
My second project was started in early July, but is still not finished. I really could not decide for a long time who i wanted to be, but words "aerospace engineer" always stayed in my head. Now i think i will want to be one in the future after all, so i decided to build my first model rocket. There were a lot of struggles and inconviniences, even for such a small rocket, but we still managed to do everything. The only thing thats left to do is to insert a motor and fly it. The problem is i wanted this rocket to be my first Stardance, but turns out we had to film the whole thing, and we didnt. I will still try to upload it tho;)
